Different Yoga Styles that we offer

  • Vinyasa : Also known as flow yoga, it involves linking breath with movement in a dynamic sequence of poses. It's more fast-paced than Yin and can be challenging but offers a good workout and helps improve flexibility.

  • Yin Yoga - Involves holding passive poses for longer durations (typically 3-5 minutes) to target the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. It's a meditative practice that improves flexibility and helps release tension, relieve stress and anxiety.

  • Ashtanga - A physically demanding style that follows a specific sequence of postures and is usually taught in a structured manner. It's great for those who prefer a more disciplined approach to their practice.

Can I do yoga while pregnant?

If you’ve never done yoga before, it’s generally recommended not to to start during the first three months of pregnancy, since your body isn’t used to it. However, if if you’re a regular practitioner, you can continue. It's important when you're pregnant to do yoga under the guidance of a prenatal yoga instructor. You also need to check with your doctor or health professional before starting yoga.

When is the best time to do yoga?

The morning is a great time to practice; you might wake up stiff, so opening up your body with some energizing yoga sets you up for the day. In the evening, a more relaxing yoga practice can be a nice way to unwind after work. Some of us are early birds while others are night owls, so experiment with finding your own yoga rhythm and what works for your schedule.
